Not only did he have the best shutters for the price, he had a low pressure sales pitch. I never felt pressured into buying from him. Instead, his knowledge and experience in the business along with his attitude, prompt, professional and courteous approach won him my business. He seems to take tremendous pride in his company and goes out of his way to make his customers happy. After taking down my old window treatments free of charge (and disposing of them) he even helped me hang a large mirror in my hallway. Rob seems to be an all around great business person
